This is good news for the Motion Picture Association of America. A new study by Carnegie Mellon's Initiative for Digital Entertainment Analytics revealed that movie sales and rentals increased between 6 to 10 percent after the feds took down MegaUpload last year. The study researched two major movie studios and the results were measured in 12 different countries, including the U.S.
