Sopranos-fame James Gandolfini has died following a massive heart while in Italy. HBO confirmed the actor's death. He was on vacation and was set to attend the Taormina Film Festival. Gandolfini rose to fame in “The Sopranos,” a television drama that made its debut in 1999 and ran for six seasons on HBO. He played Tony Soprano, a New Jersey mob kingpin.
He is married to Deborah Lin and leaves behind daughter Liliana, born last year; and a teenage son, Michael, from his marriage to Marcella Wudarski, which ended in divorce.
